Top 3 Skin Care Steps

When it comes to caring for your skin it doesn’t need to be complicated or expensive. If you follow these three simple steps you can have healthy glowing skin for a lifetime.

Step 1: Cleanse. Wash your face morning & night. You can use a gel or cream cleanser depending on your skin type & condition.

Step 2: Tone. Always tone your skin after you cleanse. Toner is so important because it helps to re balance your skin’s natural pH (potential hydrogen). When the skin is balanced it allows your moisturizer to absorb on a deeper level. Ensure your toner doesn’t contain alcohol or it will end up stripping your skin instead of balancing it.

Step 3: Moisturize. In the daytime you want to protect your skin and at night you want to correct. This means it is import to have a day cream with a SPF and a night cream that is heavier and more nourishing.
